I provide a variety of therapeutic services, including individual counseling, couples therapy, and brainspotting.
Do you see people in person and via telehealth?
I see people BOTH in person and via telehealth. Telehealth therapy allows you to engage in counseling sessions via a secure video conferencing platform from the comfort of your home.
How do I schedule an appointment?

What can I expect in my first session?
In your first session, we'll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, explore your goals, and establish a safe space for open communication.
How long are therapy sessions and how often do they occur?
​Sessions typically last 50 minutes, and the recommended meeting consistency is weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your individual needs.
Do you accept insurance?
​ Yes! The following insurance plans are currently accepted:

Presbyterian
United Health
Medicaid
Please contact us or your insurance agency (the number on the back of your insurance card) to verify if we are in-network with your provider.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 24-hour notice for cancellations is required. Sessions canceled with less notice may incur a fee.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes! I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide if we are a good fit.
